What the measure is, and what it is not.
These terms apply to the website, the measure, the renderings, and any cabinet order. A signed written agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
Renderings are a picture, not the finished room.
The two renderings are design aids. They show layout and a finish direction. They are not a contract, a color match, or a promise that the installed room will look identical. Screens, lighting, and printouts change how a finish reads. Approve a physical door sample before you order.
Wood, paint, and glaze will vary.
Wood is a natural material. Grain, knots, mineral streaks, and color differ from door to door and from the sample to the kitchen. Sunlight and age will shift the color. That is normal and is not a defect. Painted doors can show a hairline at a joint when the wood moves. In the East Valley, heat and dry air make that movement more likely. Hand-applied glaze can have drips and uneven tone. None of that is grounds for replacement.
The measure depends on what is in the house that day.
We measure the existing room. You are responsible for confirming appliance sizes, window and door trim, plumbing locations, and any wall that will move before the order is placed. A later change in the room can change the fit. On the boxes-only path, you or your installer own the install, including fillers, scribes, and site adjustments.
A website price is not a quote.
Nothing on this site is a price guarantee. The quote is the written number after the measure. Material cost, freight, and lead time can change before you approve the order. Install, if you want it, is priced separately and is not included in the cabinet price.
Photos on this site are examples.
Kitchen and bath photos are style examples. They are not photos of completed Direct Cabinets AZ jobs, and they may show finishes, hardware, stone, or appliances that are not in your order.
Warranty follows the manufacturer.
Cabinets are covered by the manufacturer’s limited residential warranty, if one applies to that line. It is for the original purchaser, it is not transferable, and it does not cover normal wear, misuse, poor storage, moisture, or an install that was not done to the manufacturer’s instructions. Direct Cabinets AZ does not add a lifetime warranty. Replacement, if approved, is the part. Removal and reinstall labor are not included unless a written agreement says so. Freight damage must be noted at delivery and reported promptly, with photos, before the boxes are installed.
No other warranty.
Except where Arizona law does not allow the limit, Direct Cabinets AZ disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost use of the kitchen, delay, or damage to other finishes.
This page is general information for the website. It is not a substitute for the order form you sign.
